Math Eyes is a project my students have done for several years. Students go for a walk around the school grounds (or at home) and take pictures of math that they see in the world around them. They then create a PowerPoint of their pictures, along with captions for each slide.

This year, I have modified this assignment to adapt to distance learning. Students are encouraged to go for a walk with their family and look for examples of math in their neighborhood (or home) while playing Math Scavenger Hunt Bingo. You can also generate cards and play online. The goal for this bingo game is to find as many examples from your card as possible. If possible, students can take pictures and create their own PowerPoint (or Google Slides) presentations from home.

Below is a video compilation of slides from PowerPoints created by former students. Please see these below for the 2015-2016 and 2016-2017 school years (there is no sound, so feel free to hum to yourself as you watch).
